Great home only 15 minutes from Vanderbuilt beach

This house was extremely clean, comfortable and had a great pool/spa. The beds were extremely comfortable. the location is wonderfully close to beach - 15 minute walk. I will definately stay here again.

Well supplied home for kitchen needs, beach chairs and wagon to carry beach items and a heated pool and spa. Three comfortable beds and sufficient supply of towels. Of course the key to any rental is location and this updated home had it

Family Getaway

The home was beautiful, from the pool to the kitchen and bedrooms. We loved our stay. The kitchen had every cooking gadget that you could need. The chairs and the cooler for the beach were great. We loved spending late afternoons at the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. And finally, Mary was always quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay there again

Great location, new home, beautiful pool

Overall, a great place. Highly recommend. We stayed for 5 nights with 4 adults and 2 kids under 5. I would give 5 stars if I didn't have to go to the store to buy a pack-n-play crib and a high chair. The website description says this home is suitable for children. Not true if you have a very small child. The location is great. Less than 20min walk to the beach and a playground for kids. Easy in/out. There was a breakfast place just south of Naples Park that had the best almond croissants and a gelato place - best in Naples. Good communication by the property manager although their tone at times wasn't polite. That said, they were responsive whenever we texted, even texting late to turn on the hot tub. Any repairs or issues were addressed quickly.House was new and furnished well. Nice TVs, comfy couch, chairs and beds. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. New appliances. Good water from fridge. BBQ was new and worked well. Garage was clean with a bunch of beach stuff. Pool had floaties and other fun things. Pool and hot tub were incredible. It's new and uses salt water so retains heat better and healthier. Backyard felt private during our stay. No noisy or nosey neighbors.

Beautiful modern Home

Beautiful property! Very very clean, big rooms, felt like real home not just a rental:) house was beautiful, cozy and modern, everything was there that we needed. We really enjoyed playing monopoly every evening, among other games nice that multiple family games were provided.Definitely we will be back:) We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful pool home near beach

This property was gorgeous, it accommodated all our needs. The manager responded to all our requests. We have stayed in many rental properties this by far was the best one. We enjoyed our mini vacation.

Wonderful Place! Excellent Location!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful. Really well laid out with spacious bedrooms. We had a blast in the pool and hot tub. Great sized pool and the hot tub was wonderful to relax in after a long day. The home was located very well. With so many major stores within 5 miles and more than enough restaurants within 5 miles you honestly couldn’t ask for any better! But it did get better!! With the beach only 6 minutes away it was so easy to just wake up and hit the beach and be able to come back and still have most of your day remaining !
