Unfortunately we only stayed for the one night but other use it was perfect! Modern, super clean and a fantastic location For sightseeing and great links to get to stazione centrale and the airport. We will be back! Thank you

Unique, boutique style hotel, clean and modern. It is located inside a much larger building (as is common in Italy), that building was a bit shabby looking. I would stay here again as our room was clean and comfortable , the staff were friendly and helpful, and there are lots of restaurants and shops within a one or two block radius.

ISURUとRUSYが丁寧に対応してくれた。 お部屋は綺麗で、アクセスもよく、荷物が重かったのだが運ぶのを手伝ってくれた。 タクシーをお願いしたときも快く呼んでくれた。 とても良いホテルでした！

This was right by some great spots to eat, shop, and drink! On top of this there is a very delicious cafe on the corner of the building which made a great breakfast spot. It was clean and the staff was nice. It's also next to a pretty cool castle, what else could you ask for! Overall a great place to stay.

Excellent stay for two near the port. The balcony and complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. Easily accessible to daily buses to Pompeii, airport bus (Alibus), and public transport. Highly recommend.

Stort och rent rum, sköna sängar och fungerande ac. Hotellet gör vistelsen ännu bättre genom att ge tofflor, öronproppar, vanity kit, mm. Enda nackdelen är att rummet inte var så ljudisolerat både inomhus men också mot trafiken utanför. Men i övrigt väldigt bra!

We absolutely love Ciao Marina! This was our second stay with this team and our first time at this property, and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are newly renovated and the amenities were excellent such as spacious bathroom, comfy beds and complimentary goodies in the bar fridge. It's within walking distance of the marina, with some delicious restaurants nearby too. The perfect base for exploring Naples after arriving from Amalfi via the port.

Ciao Marina is well located close to the port and the terminus for the airport bus. It's a short walk to Quartieri Spagnoli, and other sightseeing destinations, as well as the Municipio metro stop to reach the others. We loved the private balcony and had breakfast there each morning. The shower in our room was exceptional. Be sure and bring a €0,05 coin for the elevator when you arrive. Ciao Marina provides them during your stay, but their rooms are on the 7th floor and it would have quite a hike upon arrival if I hadn't had the right change.

We had a lovely stay. Good location, very close to port and metro train. Useful shops nearby and also within walking distance to bus stops. Very clean room. Nice friendly staff. And when they were not available in person we received quick reply on their contact number. Thank you.

Marco greeted us upon arrival and provided so many great recommendations. The room was fantastic and we chose a balcony room and it was well worth it with great city views. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The room was spotless with a balcony looking towards the castle. The concierge staff were so helpful . The location suited us perfectly to explore the old town, hop on the metro/train to Pompeii and catch a ferry to Sardinia AnD a complimentary bottle of fizz. Really super

At first site I was hesitant, didn’t see like a good location. However it turned out to be a very good location. The port was right across the street we were able to take the ferry to Capri,Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento. On the way to the port there is a travel agency before you get to the castle & they book all these ferry excursions for you it’s quite convenient. We would get off the ferry & on the way to the hotel stop at the travel agency & book our excursions for the next day. The hop on hop off bus is very close by. The taxi stand is right there if you don’t feel like walking. We took the taxi to Herculium because we didn’t feel like taking the train. Naples is a vertical city be sure to take the funicular up to see more of Naples! The hotels location was great for us because there was so much we wanted to see. The room was very clean Rosie did a great job making sure the room was ready for us after our long day of exploring. Mario was our host he was super friendly & accommodating. The hotel is a small boutique hotel with modern rooms, we had a balcony & the shower had a rainfall shower head & a waterfall shower head & was amazing. If I go back to Naples I’d stay there again.
