Independent studio apartment located on the second floor of an elegant building with a concierge, adjacent to the luxurious Hotel Romeo. Recently renovated, it consists of a bedroom/living area (double bed), kitchenette, bathroom with shower, equipped with air conditioning, digital and satellite TV, minibar, and a large street-facing window with blackout curtains. The apartment is situated in the heart of the city, 20 meters from the main entrance of the port (Molo Angioino - Stazione Marittima), 30 meters from Piazza Municipio (Teatro Mercadante - Municipio), and 40 meters from Molo Beverello (Gulf Islands boarding) and the Parthenope University. Within a 300-meter radius, you can find almost all the faculties of Federico II University, Via Toledo (Teatro Augusteo, funicular to Vomero, Toledo Metro), Maschio Angioino, Piazza Plebiscito (Royal Palace), the historic center, and the seafront. Perfectly connected with Metro Line 1 (Piazza Municipio and University stations less than a 5-minute walk away), less than 5 minutes on foot from bus, tram, and maritime connections to the islands, and 20 minutes on foot from the Central Station (a few minutes by Metro - about 10 minutes by bus or taxi depending on traffic). Excellent location for tourism, study, and work... Quality appreciated by all guests.

Great property suited is well, close to the student part of Naples, easy access to historic centre. Comfortable bed, lots of pots and pans to use. Could easily make food for day trips
