Welcome to our second floor condo in Catalina at High Point tucked away off a quiet street yet walkable to shops and restaurants and super close to the beach and more! This recently refurbished condo features tall ceilings, wonderful natural lighting, tall windows and multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy your seasonal vacation in Naples, Florida. The rental includes a covered car port spot and the use of the community pool which is just behind the building!
The Space:
The accommodations and amenities at our condo include:
~A Queen bed in the main bedroom with an attached en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. This bedroom has subtropical landscape views behind it as it looks to a landscaped area!
~A Queen bed in the second bedroom and this bedroom has a sliding door access to the front lanai!
~There is a second full sized bathroom which is just outside the second bedroom and is great for day use as well. This bathroom has an updated vanity and a shower and tub combo
~A TV is located in the living room and can be seen from this space and the dining space. The TV is a Roku Smart TV with local channels.
~Dining options include the formal dining table and chairs just outside the kitchen, a small 2 top coffee bar with stools located inside of the kitchen and a outdoor dining set of 4 on the screened and covered lanai in the back of the condo
~There is 1 assigned covered parking on the ground floor and this is just next to the set of stairs that leads up to our second floor condo
~There is a small storage unit located inside of the car port and this includes 4 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella for guests to use during their stay
~This is an end unit which has additional windows on the right side as well as more privacy with neighbors on only one side! There is a privacy wall at the end of the front patio as well.
~The community pool and pool deck and chairs are located just behind our building and it is a wonderful place to relax.
Catalina at High Point is centrally located in Naples and it is only 1.7 miles to the Via Miramar public beach access and 2.4 miles to Clam Pass Beach. Restaurants and shops that are walkable to our condo include Blueberry's American Restaurant, Mel's Dine, Cafe Normandie French Restaurant, Mr Tequila Mexican Restaurant, Nat Nat wine bar and local fare and Hyde N Chic - a high end New American Restaurant.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.
This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease by association rules, no exceptions!
