Highly recommendable stay in central Napoli!

This was a great place to stay the night in Napoli! We were welcomed at arrival by two very helpful and sweet girls which runs the place. Newly redecorated with fresh, clean rooms and a beautiful lobby area in Napoli style, where breakfast was served. Its located in a safe central area - close to the bay and 5 minutes walking from the main street, with shopping and restaurants. Quiet surroundings at night and a doorman, welcoming us and keeping us safe. Great aircondition, good beds! Nothing to say about the hospitality, which was outstanding and we will definitively live here next time we come to Napoli. Would recommended room with balcony and sea view!

Great location for coast and old town. Property itself staff were waiting outside room for us to leave most days so they could cleaning. Left key in door one day luckily nothing stolen. Breakfast the same everyday and awful coffee made in microwave. No information on area and felt an inconvenience to them.

There was no one there for check in but host communicated well. The room smelt very musty and the walls were paper thin to the point I could hear the neighbor next door cough. Also got rudely awakened by extreme loud quests at 3am. Room had a queen size bed and a twin with only two pillows for both beds. Thankfully we only needed it for one night. Great location by the port.

At Di Palma Suite, we found a cozy and great atmosphere, typical of Napoli Environment. All the staff was great and accommodating. The B&B is located at Santa Lucia, one of the oldest and best area on the gulf of Napoli. Safe, calm with an astonishing panorama. The rooms were really antique and classic. I would highly recommend everyone who wants to visit Napoli or even for doing some relaxing smart-working

Séjour juste passable

L'établissement est bien situé, dans un quartier à la fois animé (restaurants, bars, etc.) mais calme. La chambre était grande et la literie de bonne qualité. En revanche cela s'arrête là. Nous avons passé 3 nuits et la chambre n'a été faite que le lendemain de la 1ère nuit (c'était donc la mauvaise surprise en rentrant le soir suivant notre 2ème nuit) ! Le petit déjeuner était très sommaire avec des produits de basse qualité (quelques viennoiseries, mini sandwich, quelques céréales dans des boites, des fruits un jour et pas les autres jours, et des jus de fruits industriels). C'était le seul endroit où nous avons bu du mauvais café en Italie! Un comble. Bref, nous avons été surpris par la bonne note de cet établissement, juste passable, que nous avions vu lorsque nous avons réservé

家族で経営しているB＆B。最初2泊で予約し、1日延泊しました。初めてのナポリだった事、ナポリ着が夜だったので空港からの移動はシャトルサービスを予約しましたが正解でした。窓から少しだけヴェスヴィオ火山が見える部屋は広さも十分、掃除もきちんと行き届いていて快適。 朝食もハム・チーズ・ヨーグルトにケーキ等十分な内容でした。 鍵を3種類渡されます（建物玄関の鍵・B＆B玄関の鍵・部屋の鍵）が2番目のB＆Bのドアのカギがなかなか開かず苦労しました・・。部屋の窓のカギもうまく閉まらなかったりしますが、不満点と言えばそのくらいですね。卵城や王宮にもアクセス良く、しかも周囲はわりと安全なエリア、価格も手頃でおすすめです。

Really grand interior--typical Italian sense of style, lots of antiques. Room was large and comfortable as well. Location couldn't be much better. Owners (group of brothers and sisters) very friendly and helpful. Unbelievably quiet for a location beside the bay on a busy street--barely heard anything from outside at night. Having to use so many different keys to enter and exit at night was a nuisance, and the presence of three different elevators from the ground floor up to different parts of the building took some getting used to, but a small price to pay for the greater parts of it all. Drawbacks for me: 1) breakfast--not much selection, and nearly everything sweet! The owners, though, did make fresh omelettes and espresso on order; 2) the owners' level of English was a bit of a problem with several misunderstandings about things, although admittedly, nothing serious came up; 3) no staff/or owners on or near the building after breakfast was a little inconvenient, especially when we discovered after check-in that our bathroom had no toilet paper and we couldn't find any either inside or outside the room!

Une bonne adresse à Naples

Situation proche de la mer. La vue n est pas directe, un autre palais est devant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La literie de bonne qualité. Il manque les taies pour les oreillers suppl. Cela a été signalé et reglé. Le petit déjeuner est je trouve un peu décevant. Nous n avions que du pain de mie à disposition. J ai demandé des paninis et je l ai eu le lendemain, mais ce n est pas d office . C est dommage. Et la problematique generale du cafe. Soit un dé à coudre ou un lait au café. Difficile de trouver le bon dosage pour le petit dejeuner. Nos hotes ont cependant toujours répondu à nos requêtes efficacement et avec le sourire. Un B&B familial bien tenu dans un "immeuble" Napolitain typique de Naples avec un ascenseur à l ancienne.Navette aéroport 30 Euros le trajet. Bien pratique. Sinon arrêt de bus au port Porta di Massa à 20 min à pieds de l hôtel 5 Euros le trajet.

Nagyon szép, tiszta, kényelmes szállás, csodálatos kilátással az erkélyéről a Vezúvra. Központi helyen elhelyezkedő szálloda. A tenger, a kikötő, és Nápoly sétáló utcája is gyalogosan, könnyen elérhető. Személyzet nagyon segítőkész, barátságos, minden kérésünket teljesítették. A reggeli nagyon egysíkú, kevés étel választási lehetőség van. nem mondható bőségesnek. Összességében nagyon pozitív élményeim maradtak erről a szállásról.
