Sul sito non c’è scritto che il parcheggio è a pagamento. C’è scritto parcheggio in garage e pensavo la struttura possedesse un garage gratuito. Mentre sono i garage a pagamento che per una notte ti scroccano 35-40 euro in base a come stanno girati di luna i parcheggiatori.

They didn't change the bedsheets form one of rooms. The rooms didn’t look as they were showing.

This was a super basic hotel. The location is convenient and an easy walk from the train station. It is also a close walk to the historic district where you’ll find lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. While we expected very basic accommodations for the price, there were some issues with our room that I need to flag: 2 of 3 windows did not open/were broken, there were missing fixtures and large holes in the drywall, and overall the furniture was quite flimsy. While there was a wardrobe no hangers were provided. Overall if you’re looking for a bed for a quick stop over this is okay, but I wouldn’t recommend to friends.

The room was nice and as expected. You need to know the lift needs 0.1€ to operate and doesnt always work. At checkout it was broken and i had to carry 3 20kg cases down 5 stories as a solo woman traveller. Some concern may have been nice. The room cleaning is variable - one day we returned from a very long day out and our room wasnt done so we turned the maid away. The next day she came early and we desperately needed the room dping so tried to go out but she refused to do our room so the net result was no rubbish removed or clean towels for our stay. We couldnt have a shower before we left as our towels were so damp. Overall the location is good and thw cost is low but you need to be prepared to carry your bags and not have towels.

Air conditioning failed in room overnight leaving family freezing. Blinds didn’t close properly so early wake up at dawn. Disappointing as otherwise it would be perfect accommodation for a cheap family short stay in Naples.

Great value and great location

The location was great with easy access to all the main sites and the train station. The room was great value and any minor imperfections were reflected in the price. We arrived to Napoli late and the self check in was simple with great communication. Highly recommend.

Basic but comfortable

Basic but comfortable enough for a night stop. No tea/coffee making facilities & if you forget you need a 10cents coin to operate the lift, then it’s a lot of stairs to climb!
