The hotel and staff are great. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city. We were there during a heat wave and were relieved how great the Air Conditioner worked.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was very clean and the location worked well. The breakfast was also really good. We felt very safe there and close to many options for shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent place to stay the night before our flight home from our Italian girls trip! The staff was most helpful and arranged private transport to the airport at 4:00 am. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. This hotel was very cute and we would definitely stay there again if in Naples. The are around was very busy but during the day felt safe.

Stay was good for the most part. It's not a freestanding hotel, more like a b and b. Convenient location and the main street is safe but some of the side streets felt sketchy at night. Staff mostly good but new guy the first night knocked on our door at 11 pm bc he needed our passports again (copies didn't print the first time).

Hidden gem in the middle of everything. Super walkable and the staff were very helpful. Couldn’t have navigated Napoli without Roberta. Nice breakfast.

We loved the hotel, it was very modern, and clean. Breakfast had lots of choices. Staffs were so helpful to accommodate us with late arrival and luggage storage.

We enjoyed our stay very much here. The hotel staff were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only concern was that we could hear the noise from the streets outside the hotel, but not enough so that we couldn’t sleep completely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is available but it is only valet parking for an extra fee. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are interested in exploring the city of Naples.
