the bedroom, was a standard bedroom like pthers, only problem was the bed, to low for anyone, bathroom good and clean, problem with a toilette, far too low, when using it,my knees touched the floor , need to change to accomodate disabled like me, the shower again too small, not everyone is slim to fit in a shower 80x80, i am a bit chubby and needed to squizee to enter the cubicle, not a change I could mouve or bent to wash the lower part of my body, there is room to feet a 90x90 cubicle

Le personnel est très sympathique mais l’hôtel tombe en ruines. Rouille, plâtre qui se décolle, plafond écaillé salle de sport HS. Vraiment juste pour aller dormir sans avoir beaucoup d’exigences. Erreur d’informatique, on voulait me faire payer la chambre alors que c’était déjà payé à la réservation. Se battre en italien ce n’est pas facile ! Niveau hygiène aussi, rideaux sales, peut-être tachés ? Mas pas top.

Staff gentilissimo ma struttura fatiscente

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso quattro notti in questo hotel. Purtroppo la struttura è tanto bella quanto trascurata. La nostra camera era ampia ma molto sporca: asciugamani con grandi macchie di ruggine (spero); polvere ovunque; balconcino interamente arrugginito; mini frigo rotto e marcio; macchie varie sul muro e sciacquone rotto che ha scaricato da solo per una notte intera. È un vero peccato perché oltre al potenziale della struttura il personale si è sempre mostrato gentile e disponibile, offrendo anche un'ottima e abbondante colazione.

Correct pour le prix mais manque de transparence

Hotel correct mais vieillot. La climatisation est trop faiblarde pour assurer un confort optimal. Le frigo surchauffe pour rien car il refroidit peu (et lentement, j'ai cru qu'il ne fonctionnait pas au début...) Pour le reste: le restaurant est pas mal, le petit-déjeuner inclus est appréciable. Le stationnement dans la grande cour arrière de l'hotel est très appréciable. Hotel en arrière de la rue donc calme. Rapport qualité prix satisfaisant globalement mais un manque de transparence sur les tarifs de repas au restaurant. On vous indique juste le "total" pour chaque repas à la fin de votre séjour ce qui rend difficilement vérifiable (et c'est sans doute le but...) C'est très dommage...

Accueil très froid. Personnel incompétent. Chambre vraiment très sale. Frigo plein de moisissures. Vraiment à déconseillé. Et je ne parle pas de la salle de bain. Très dommage car gros potentiel.

The only reason I choose this hotel was related to a funcionar. The hotel need a nice extreme make over. Breakfast was worst than a bad joke. The staff was polite. For sure beber again, is not worth it.
