The apartment can accommodate up to six people, thanks to three comfortable double bedrooms, and is perfect for families, groups of friends or business travelers. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, to ensure moments of relaxation in complete privacy. The rooms are air conditioned and equipped with heating, to offer comfort in every season. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and everything you need to cook independently. The property is for non-smokers only and does not have a common dining room.
For those arriving by car, it is possible to book a private parking space (there is only one place for the entire structure), available at a cost of 40 euros per day. The seat is only suitable for standard-size vehicles (maximum length of 4.75 meters) and must be booked in advance. Availability must be confirmed by the host and, in the absence of confirmation, cannot be guaranteed.
The area is well connected by public transport: the Mergellina metro station (Line 2) is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to travel to the historic center and other areas of interest, while Via dei Mille, one of the most exclusive shopping streets in Naples, can be reached in about 19 minutes on foot.
