Hotel was great location. Note you cannot get dropped off at hotel between 9am and 5pm. We knew this when we booked but others did not. Room was clean. Loved the area. Only complaint is the pillows were horrible.

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating to our needs. The room was big enough for 4 adults with air conditioner and a nice size bathroom. We stayed here for only one night to experience Naples, on our way to Sorrento.

this was a good place to spend 1 night before flying out of naples early am. Room was plenty big, nice shower and clean towels and sheets . checking was early, just make sure to pay your taxes prior to arrival to get he code to enter.

Great apartment in the Centro Storico of Napoli. Convenient location, close to many restaurants and sights. The apartment complex was secure (security gate access) and each apartment door also has a keypad with code access. We felt very safe during our stay. The apartment itself is big, plenty of room to move about. Bathroom was renovated and was also a good size. If ever in Napoli again, we would consider staying here again.

La ubicación es buena aunque por estar en el centro se escucha mucho el ruido. La limpieza puede mejorar, al final nos cambiaron las toallas y dejaron una que estaba sucia. Todo es self service ya que no hay nadie que te reciba o te explique. En general está bien, creo que es de lo mejor de Nápoles.

A lovely room in a great locatiin in Naples. Very clean and had great space and a tiny balcony with a chair and small table. Good size clean bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/body wash included as well as a hairdryer. Only a couple of suggestions which would have made it perfect- a safe would have been useful, and regular replenishment of the coffee sachets. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Room was clean, we arrived on Thursday and left following Tuesday. Note to guests, the hotel is located on a narrow road with restricted access during certain times, so depending on your arrival time, the taxi may not be able to take to you to the entrance of hotel. We were lucky to arrive late in evening (past 11pm) and depart at 5am so no issues. Streets are cobbled (as it’s the historical part of Napoli), if you have difficulty walking or poor balance, this is not the location for you. Lots of restaurants and shops locally. Pompeii is not far, we went on a guided tour. Local museum also worth a visit.
