OUTSTANDING LOCATION less than one mile from Vanderbilt Beach in the gated community of Beachwalk, west of 41!! Enjoy walking or riding the provided bikes to the famous Vanderbilt Beach, the shops and dining at Mercato, the Ritz Carlton, Pelican Bay Park, Publix Plaza at Pelican Bay and much more. This meticulously maintained two bedroom, two bathroom rental. Enjoy the beautiful sky and ocean at sunset or enjoy coffee from your private patios lanai.
Features lake and fountain view, beach chairs, washer and dryer.
Beachwalk is a beautifully landscaped private community with a 24 hour manned security gate.
Beachwalk offers plenty of amenities including 6 lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, community pools, spa and clubhouse and exercise room. 30 days minimum required.

Winter Vacation

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for February and March. The location was perfect with a 1/2 mile walk to the beach and two on site pools. The grounds are beautiful and the condo was new and very clean. Everything you could ask for! And the owners were very responsive with any problems/issues we encountered. Would highly recommend staying here!!
