The rooms are nice and staff are amazing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're traveling alone as the neighborhood felt unsafe. Otherwise a great hotel with central location. Montesanto Metro station is close by (7min walk).
Everything was nice. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The only bad part is the location that is a bit complicated to find with in the first time
the place was not the easiest to find but it was really well situated. Personal was so kind and helpful. They are there if you have questions or if you need help.

The property is located high on the side of a hill in Naples on a narrow street that taxis are not allowed to use. From where the taxi dropped us off we had to walk down a step cobblestone alleyway with our luggage and then get our bags down a step stairway at the property's entrance. It is a recently renovated nunnery and while clean, it isn't fancy at all. The on site staff was wonderful.
Stayed here for 5 nights with family . Hotel was very clean , comfortable and staff were very polite . Would highly recommend .when we arrived the lady on reception went out of her way to make us feel welcome and recommend best places to visit .
It was an unexpected surprise that the hotel was previously a convent for the Sisters of the Franciscan order. Refurbished, clean, beautiful garden, wonderful staff, including Gianni, the night concierge and Michelangelo who helped with our bags. The hotel has been running for less than a year. Lovely stay.
Clean, fresh, wonderfull bathroom. Quiet but in a vibrating neighbourhood. Good breakfast with some fresh food, as egg, vegetables, fruits and salad. Within walking distance from where things are happening in the city.
Clean, calm, comfortable, chill – the exact opposite of Naples.
The Italian hotel breakfast standard is super low, this was one of the better we had on our roadtrip, not saying it was that good.
The hotel is great overall. It feels like it has just been renovated and cleaned. High standard facilities. Great view from the terrace.
We came off a long driving day a little shaken from driving in circles in The tiny neighborhood streets of Naples.Angela helped us get our bearings when we finally arrived. She and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for more. And the rooftop view was unbeatable!
Good inside the hotel but struggle going to hotel.
My stay inside the hotel is nice and great. However, its so hard to go to hotel, from metro station, you need to walk 18 minutes to reach the place, not only that, its stairs going up the hill, i felt unsafe in the residential area especially im solo traveller with my heavy suitcase.
Good thing Ather (one of the receptionists) helped me with my suitcase when going down the hill the next morning as its really struggle around the area. If they could have like a bus stop near the hotel for the guests to just walk atleast 5 min, that would be great.

The staff failed to mention that there was a free breakfast service on the first night we arrived. BEWARE off the hill and steps you have to climb to get to the property. It’s very steep and taking luggage up and down is not convenient at all especially if you’re coming from the local train station.
Hotel is a terrible hidden location, staff not interested in helping out, the shower so small that you can barley move, anyone bigger than sieze 18 or pregnant will not be able to get into cubicle.
Room was basic, only one socket so I had to choose if I'm charging my phone or cooling the water in the small fridge.
Had few questions about Naples/ hotel etc the guy at the reception was playing a game on the computer with headphones on..absolutely not interested in helping me felt like I was bothering him asking basic questions.I arrived in the evening and local shops were closed, was charged 2.5 euro for small bottle of water at the hotel! Its 0.35 in any shop.
Couldn't wait to get out of there.
Will not get back there ever.
La habitacion es amplia, el personal muy atento, es un poco difiicl la
Llegada pero el funicular lo hace mas accesible.

Tutto bene, struttura accettabile
Hotel in zona tranquilla, silenziosa.
Reception ok e check in abbastanza rapido.
Camera un po’ datata, con carta da parati che si staccava in più punti; mancavano forse un po’ di prese per ricarica dispositivi e usb.
Bagno grande e ben curato.

Personal sehr freundlich
