The management company was very responsive. I'm a first time Naples visitor and had two teenagers travelling with me. So I was pleased to find the extra touches when we arrived..such as snacks (trail mix, microwave popcorn, hot chocolate packs, coffee Kcups), dish soap, laundry soap, papertowels, trash bags (extras in the trash can), beach towels, and even extra toilet paper. Location was centrally located to explore. The teenagers stayed in the King bedroom (because it actually has king and twin bed). I stayed in the lower level queen bedroom. I never got tired of watching the full window/wall view of the boats and palm trees in the marina on all levels - really quite nice. It's an end unit (bonus). Uber drivers were readily available any time of the day (including transportation from RSW airport). Laundry machines were located one flight upstairs directly above the unit, but make sure you have quarters ($2.00 wash, $1.50 dry). I love coffee, and there's a Keurig coffee maker in kitchen (didn't see that in the marketing materials). Within SHORT walking distance there's several boat excursions. We took 4 different boat tours (teenagers loved the boats) and recommend every one of them: (1) PURE FLORIDA "Double Sunshine" site seeing tour, (2) PURE FLORIDA "Naples Explorer" eco tour (great shelling opportunity), (3) MISS NAPLES catameran sunset cruise (fun for kids too), and (4) Wootens Everglade Boat Tour. Everglades tour was the only excursion that wasn't within short walking distance (recommend you drive there because according to Uber driver, they probably won't pick you back up - so we rented a car for the day at the nearby Budget rental car - also recommend you chose the "small" size airboat because the small airboat takes you to more areas). Fifth Avenue shopping is very close (2-3 blocks). Enjoyed "Clam Pass Park" beach which has a nice boardwalk to beach and food/bathrooms (we took Uber). Zoo is not too far away, and worth walking through (especially enjoyed the natural habitat for the monkey exhibits). My first time visit to Naples was a short trip, but we enjoyed the location and amenities of the property rental. I agree with previous reviews about the TV's...they're pretty awesome.

I slept in the downstairs (or first level) queen room. It's comfortable. VERY generous supply of bath and beach towels. There isn't a dresser or closet to hang your clothes (that I could find); however, there is a small 2 drawer bedside table, and a fold out hotel style luggage rack. I made it work. My biggest struggle was the wall unit air conditioner that made a lot of noise (only in the lower level - not a problem on main floor) - had to turn the TV sound up to hear, but not too loud that the neighbors would have concerns. Sometimes it was difficult to fall to sleep. Overall, the property management company was very response and pleasant to work with.
