Fresh food, good variety, nice staff, everything was perfect from the moment we got there until we left💕 will be staying here again whenever we go back to Napoli! Also very well connected to metro lines, trams and buses!

The property is in a part of town which has experienced a.lot.of emigration. Inside it is clean but worn. Hotel cleaning staff never checked if we had coffee or tea for the morning. Linens and towels were only changed once during the four nights stay. Toilet paper and hand soap also limited in supply. Shower heads need to be cleaned or replaced as water flow is restricted. Front desk staff was very helpful and were able to make excellent suggestions for places to eat and experience Napoli cuisine. Thank you Inga. 5 for 5

Quarto amplo, iluminado. Janelas enormes que bloqueiam maiores barulhos. Café da manhã altamente diverso e saboroso. Toda equipe do hotel é muito gentil e prestativa.

O hotel tem instalações novas, o café da manhã bom, o quarto não estava impecávelmente limpo, mas também não estava muito sujo. A localização é muito prática, ao lado da estação central, o que nos trouxe muita comodidade. Porém, a rua em que o hotel está, assim como a maioria dos locais ao redor da estação, é bem caótica.

It seems that the property houses multiple hotels which makes it confusing and disorganized. The location is very close to the metro station and therefore, very convenient. We noticed a lot of police cars especially in the evening. The breakfast was good and the chef was friendly and super nice.

The floor on which we stayed had just been remodeled and was amazing, with marble everywhere and a huge TV. There were a lot of free breakfast options, and their in-house restaurant gets five stars. Ask for a room on the third floor.

Het hotel had een goede uitvalbasis. De directe omgeving had helaas niet echt een prettig straatbeeld en voelde niet altijd even veilig aan (vooral s avonds). In het hotel is er geen ruimte voor het achterlaten van bagage. Dit staat gewoon in een te kleine hal bij het ontbijt. De ontbijtzaal is klein, wel gewoon divers, maar niet super. De kamers hadden een prima voormaat. Helaas kregen wij niet de kamer die wij hadden geboekt, al gaf het personeel aan van wel. Een bedbank staat echt niet aangegeven in de omschrijving en de foto's op de website tbv onze 4 persoon superieurkamer waren zeker niet te vergelijken. We hebben dit gemeld en kregen in eerste instantie een kleinere kamer met wederom bedbanken. Bij de derde kamer hebben we akkoord genomen. De badkamer was ruim, maar stonk naar riool. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad, maar een echte aanrader is het ook weer niet.

The room itself was fine…looking at about a three star hotel but the lobby does not exist and to get through the front door it had to be unlocked from the inside because of the surrounding area. Very very scary area to be staying in a hotel. Trash every where and a lot of homeless migrants begging and trying to sell you stuff. Spend a tiny bit more money and stay in a nicer area.

Very clean, large room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but ordering coffee was confusing. We thought there would be self serve coffee or someone would come to your table for your order, instead we had to seek out a server and inquire about coffee. The server spoke little English and seemed confused about our request all 3 mornings so not sure what is proper custom to order coffee. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here! Tons of rats and trash in the street outside of the hotel. The inside of the room was very dirty and the toilets had urine around them. Worse than that, the front desk staff came to our room at almost 10pm while we were sleeping. They first knocked on the door and then tried to enter our room using their key without announcing themselves. When we woke up and opened the door, they asked for our credit card so they could charge us for our room. The whole experience made us very uncomfortable.

La habitación fue una decepción total, nada que ver con las fotos, pero lo que es inaceptable es que a causa de la cerradura la puerta tuviese una holgura de un dedo y tuviésemos que dormir con un taburete pegado a ella. Avisamos de este problema desde el primer momento y no se nos hizo caso hasta dos días después a fuerza de insistir. Por otro lado, la mampara de la ducha tenía moho, nos dejaron la habitación un día sin hacer, etc.
