Truly a slice of Paradise. On the water with direct water views from the living and dining rooms. Very coastal feel with splashes of blue, green and white. Brand new laminate flooring throughout. Fully furnished with a tropical flair. Freshly updated. Master suite has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Laundry in unit. Second floor. Step out to your Full length screened lanai directly overlooking the canal. Only yards from Naples Bay. Very peaceful and serene. Boat slip is available for a fee. Walk to 5th Avenue. Many restaurants in vicinity. Gulf beaches less than 5 minutes away. Available monthly, seasonally or annually. Minimum 30 days. Approval is required by the Board for all rentals.
