Xfinity 125+ Channel (Living-, and Master-bedroom). Super fast WiFi with up to 1,200 Mbps. All 5 TV’s have Netflix and other streaming apps preinstalled.
- Pool Service: weekly for 20-30 minutes
- Lawn Service: bi-weekly for 30-45 minutes
Your presence is not required and all work will solely performed outside the home including the lanai.
The attic and the garage are not accessible.
