那普勒斯聖卡洛阿雷納酒店住宿推介

「I stay there 5 nights, I don’t think the quality of be 4 stars. The rooms are old & dusty. Unexpected a DIY shower show up in the hotel not the slum. The breakfast was disappointing, chaos buffet table, boiled egg from fridge, no choice other than the sweets. Rude waitress of the dinner restaurant let me lost the mood to enjoy the poor-quality dinner. Staff at reception are friendly & helpful, but overcharge of minibar was found on the bill. The hotel made my holiday be murk, I won’t be...

「Terrible reception, waited outside in the rain for 30 minutes because no one would answer」

「Outside was scary but inside was clean. The room I booked said it included its own bathroom, it was given to another group, annoying. Okay if you only need a place to lay your head. I was advised, post our stay, that when 5 of the 6 of us when out to grab dinner, the host went into our room. There was NO need for him to enter at that point. Very suspicious. No shuttle as advertised. Very nice gentleman who made two trips to take us to airport.」

「Good for value and very close to the airport . There’s a bus stop that’s 3 mins walk away from the hotel and the bus ride itself is 10mins. Love that they provide water, coffee and tea and water kettle. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear people walking by on the street or in the hotel corridor. 」

「Très belle chambre sur les hauteurs de Naples (au calme) a 7min du métro pour aller dans le centre-ville. Je recommande vivement 」

「Clean and well maintained room, and a friendly and very accommodating host. The parking area is a bit tight and hard to maneuver. A little tricky to locate without clear guidance from the host.」

「The host are very nice and responsive, room are clean and tidy, you will have everything needed in the room, location a bit far, since it is close to residential area, but a local bus will drive you there directly.」

「Chambre bien située et petit déjeuner complet. Merci」

「Mi sono affidato a loro per un soggiorno breve per visitare Napoli. Appartamento ristrutturato perfettamente e molto carino nel design. Servizi ottimi pure il WiFi. Ritornerò 」

「Great stay in Naples! The accommodation was clean, had excellent Wi-Fi, and was conveniently located near the city center. The host and the staff member were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!」

「Facts: - There is no Breakfast - at the Checkout, you must leave at 10hr with all your belongings. No hold begs if you have late flights. - I got food stolen in the shared kitchen. - Last flor on the building and cost 20 cents to use the lift every time. Opinion - There is a good decoration. - I didn't like the pillow (too high) and there was no another option. - I could easily hear the other guests in their room or kitchen (bad acoustic isolation) 」

「It is naples. Great location. Entering the building was a shock for us but the room itself was very nice.」

「Water in the shower was cold and you had to wait a long time for luke warm. Shower head didn't get fixed despite us mentioning it in a message to the B&B. Bathroom could be cleaned better, and seems to be needing some love. Aircondition pointing directly at bed. Breakfast good (plastic packaged), staff nice.」

「Excellent air conditioned & quiet room. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are too soft and low. Proximity to transports, a supermarket, restaurants, sight-seeing tours and the airport.」
