"Spent one night at the Star Hotels Terminus in Naples, Italy. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. They made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The Naples train station was very convenient. Just across the street from the hotel. The Naples International Airport was about 15-20 minutes away from the hotel. Quick taxi ride."

"Beautiful building part of a former 17th century palace. Brilliant little communal area with good amenities.. Very friendly and helpful staff they even let us leave our luggage on departure day and kindly gave us a key to collect when we were ready. Very quiet location away from the busy main street. Lots of stairs up to the property and no elevator. Overall I would stay again thank you"

"Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful But the front of the hotel is so dirty and homeless people are sleeping and living on the benches in the front of the hotel So not nice to look and see For that reason we will never go back there"

"No issues at all other than the air con wasn't strong enough for the size of the room if you like a cold room. Room with a terrace was excellent, station 3 minutes away, taxi rank 1 minute away . Will stay there again"
