Everything was exceptionally clean. Parking was convenient. TV was limited to a few over the air channels. In room coffeemaker did not work. Breakfast choices limited, but ok. Very charming atmosphere, comfy and homey. All the staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way through Nappanee again.

This was an absolutely enjoyable stay at this lovely farmhouse in the countryside near Nappanee. Michelle is a very nice host always staying is touch to ensure our stay went well. She even texted us to warn us about the front coming through that had several tornados in the area. They have a store ...

Great ranch style home in a neighborhood. Worked well for us - only wish there was more than 1 bathroom because we had 9 people there for two days. Host was very fast at communication and great to work with!
