We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Our stay at Kinispa was fantastic- what a host! We arrived with our teenagers and young toddler to a home that was clean, welcoming and ready for our stay.
