Fully renovated 120 m² house with air conditioning and private swimming pool.
The house is located in the heart of Narbonne city center, just a 5-minute walk from restaurants and the covered market (Les Halles). It is a 5-minute drive or 15/20-minute walk from Les Grands Buffets restaurant. The same applies for the train station. Parking is free and easily available on the street.
The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, toilet, kitchen, and a master suite with a king-size bed (160 cm) and its own Shower room.
On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (160 cm) and a single sofa bed. A shower room with toilet completes this floor.
Sheets and towels can be provided for an additional fee of €6 per person, for the stay.
