Family trip to Rome

We went as a group of 5 with 2 grandparents and a toddler. The instructions to find the property provided by the host were very good and meant the property was easy to find, the host even helped with a supermarket recommendation. The property is as pictured set in beautiful country side with stunning views and a well maintained pool. A few things to bear in mind it is a very rustic property and the internet can be almost non existent, a few bits need a bit of tlc like some plug sockets don’t work etc. how ever I would recommend the property for anyone wanting a relaxing stay away from the busyness of life. From the villa you are an hour from Rome, the beach , Marmore falls and countless Beautiful Italian towns. Overall a great house, great pool , beautiful grounds and beautiful scenery plus a great host.P.s you will need a car for this property.

Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. The views were stunning. The house was exactly what we needed. Nearby narni and terni were great for food and to visit, as is mamore falls and piediluco. Orvieto and lake bolsena are about an hour away and also highly recommend. We are sure to visit again in the coming years.

Casolare rustico, accogliente con piscina privata. Propietaria simpatica e disponibile, consigliato per chi voglia rilassarsi lontano dallo stress della città. La notte si vede un bellissimo cielo stellato e un sacco di animali selvatici come volpi, istrici e tassi. Un vero angolo di natura.

Erholung in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir haben 10 erholsame Tage in diesem alten stimmungsvollen Bauerhaus verbracht. Da es zu dieser Zeit sehr heiß war, haben wir den schönen Pool und die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war super, sie hat uns Empfehlungen gegeben und wir konnten sie zu allem kontaktieren. Sie ist extra aus Rom gekommen, um uns einen neuen Grill zu bringen. Als Ausflugsziel haben uns Narni mit Fortezza und Amelia besonders gut gefallen. Rom ist schnell mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Oft haben wir auf der schönen Terrasse mit Pergola gegessen, auch im Örtchen Otricoli. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren auch sehr schön.

Nice place to relax

The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The host is very helpful and friendly. Some problems with the equipment were resolved very quickly. It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. Some small negatives: - the shortest road to Orte and the highway is bad. - there is small noise coming from the highway in the valley. However it may not be noticeable to many people. - the Wi-Fi coverage could be better. Overall, we had great time there, it is a place where you can relax well.

Casolare bello e con molte comodità con una posizione invidiabile sulla vallata . Tantissimo spazio avanti con una bella ed adeguata piscina . Essendo isolato è Ideale per una vacanza all’ insegna del riposo e divertimento all’aperto . Ottimo anche per gruppi di amici e famiglie . Ideale per chi ha cani anche di grossa taglia . Unico neo , l’ultimo tratto di strada prima di accedere alla proprietà è sterrato. Molto cortese e disponibile la proprietaria. Possibilità di escursioni nei dintorni.

This is a fabulous house - a beautiful, simple interior with a great pool and stunning views over the surrounding countryside. We were particularly fond of the BBQ area and outdoor dining table shaded by a canopy of beans. The secluded setting was perfect for our group, and watching the sunset from the patio every night was such a treat. Paula was a great host, very easy going and responsive to our questions and needs. the house and situation were lovely....the mosquitoes were out to get us though!!

Lovely house with a lovely view. Eduado the owners' son kindly met us and took us there...very glad cos would have been tricky to find. We enjoyed the oprivate pool and terrace but we were eaten by the mosquitoes!! Enjoyed the activities we did especially the thermal pools!!

Seul petit bémol, la literie à revoir, peut être tout simplement les sommiers à changer. Les propriétaires sont très sympas, Un séjour de rêve, nous reviendrons!
