Narni Natural Pools

The hotel is very well located near the Vatican, with a metro station 9 minutes away and a supermarket (Carrefour Express) 10 minutes away. It offers an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, and the reception staff are quite friendly. Unfortunately, there is no water dispenser available for guests to refill their bottles. Also, nothing is done to manage noise in the hallways; many guests tend to speak loudly as early as 6 a.m. or late at night. Also,I asked the reception staff to fix the blinds, which could not be raised, preventing me from airing out the room or letting in daylight. My request was ignored, as I spent a good part of my stay without natural light. The reception staff did not bother to tell me whether the issue could be fixed quickly or required a longer repair; that would have been appreciated and more professional.

Great hotel in a great location easy to get to from Termini. Breakfast was very good, room was a great size and spotless. Main sites easily walkable, especially the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

It’s a really small hotel. It’s in a good area but amenities are pretty limited. It also has a very strong perfume smell in the rooms. If this bothers you stay away. The water pressure in the shower was also limited and we couldn’t get any hot water. The staff is really nice and they will help you get a cab.
