Such a fun place!

We had such a great time, we had 8 adults & the Vrbo held us all very comfortably. It was about a 5 minute uber to broadway & close to a cute coffee shop & an alcohol store! They even had a pac man video game & a record player! Super fun!!

Family's First Trip to Nashville

For the most part it was great. Just a few details that need to be fixed/finished. Was great amount of space and parking being no issue.The distance to Broadway was not a bad walk. We walked most days unless we went beyond Broadway.

50th celebration in Nashville

The property was beautiful and well laid out. Upon arrival, at our original location it was discovered that there was a double reservation. A little further away from Broadway in Nashville but beautiful. Only reason for the four-star rating is the double booking.

Excellent rental

The apartment was in wondercondition. The building is beautiful. Location is wonderful. The host was very responsive very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying in this apartment next time. We’re Nashville truly enjoyed it.

Spacious and close to downtown

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It had all the amenities we needed for our short stay in Nashville. King size beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Smart TVs in each room but no cable/dish service so you will need to use streaming apps. There was no hand soap in either bathroom or kitchen, also no dish towels, dishrags, or dish soap to hand wash the few things we used. But we did run the dishwasher with the pods provided. Purchased hand soap and a small bottle of Dawn dish soap at the Dollar General for a couple bucks. Everything seemed very clean, however walking barefoot around the unit, we noticed our feet were very dirty. Otherwise very clean throughout the space. Would not recommend walking to downtown from this location but Lyft and Uber rides worked great and were readily available for $6-8. Overall this was a very nice place and working with King Rentals was very easy and smooth. We would stay here again.

Nashville get away

The property was great, great space and nice and clean. Very comfortable. Nearby to attractions, able to walk to some during the day, however, recommend taking uber or lift,especially at night.

great spot, spacious, well-stocked kitchen

we had a great time staying here. everything was very clean, the rooms are spacious, and we were able to cook thanks to the kitchen being well equipped. we would definitely stay again
