Was really disappointed to have to ask for the bedding to make the sofa bed and then it was well we might not have everything. On top of that having to ask for extra towels when it was indicated we had 4 people. And each time the staff acted like it was an inconvenience. Won’t be staying here again.

The manager accused me of stealing a pillow and charged me 50.00!! I called and told her in no uncertain terms I DID NOT STEAL A PILLOW! She said she would refund but didn’t, and I gave her 4 days. I called my credit card and turns out this isn’t uncommon!! Count your pillows and report to the desk after check-in. Also there were ladybugs in my room. Otherwise the hotel was basic.

I am filing this complaint regarding my stay on the 28th, which was meant to be a special birthday celebration for my children but was completely ruined by the hotel's actions. Upon arrival, I was hit with an unexpected $100 deposit fee that was never disclosed. In the early morning, the power in my room was turned off, and we were left in the dark for hours. I went to the front desk multiple times to request the use of a phone to resolve my banking issues and to speak with a manager, but I was told no phone was available and the manager was "unavailable" every time I asked. It was extremely suspicious that after being left without power for hours, the lights suddenly came back on only after I went down to the desk to express that I could no longer continue my stay. This felt like a targeted attempt to force us to leave. This hostile environment and the lack of basic utilities for hours caused my children significant distress. I am demanding a full refund for this stay due to the total lack of professional service and the loss of basic amenities.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my booking on the 28th. I explicitly selected the Affirm payment option to spread my payments out, but Expedia incorrectly processed the entire payment at once. This error caused a major issue with my bank and set off a chain of terrible events. When I got to the hotel, I was hit with an unexpected $100 deposit, and in the early morning, the lights in my room were turned off. When I tried to resolve these issues and requested to use a phone to fix the banking problem your error caused, the staff refused to help and the manager was never available. The lights only came back on after I complained, which felt like I was being forced out. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration, and instead, it was a disaster from the moment the payment was handled incorrectly on your app. Because your system failed to honor my payment agreement and the stay was unusable, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. #72069485658921 itinerary left without power for hours

This was my second time staying at this location and it wasn’t a good experience. My first stay in February 2025 was an excellent stay. December of 2025 was deeply disappointing. My bedding wasn’t clean upon arrival and they had to come back and change the bedding. They gave me a different room than I reserved and blamed it on Expedia for not putting it in the note. When I came in from New Year’s celebrations and asked the attendant about the parking she went off on me and said if I don’t part in the right place she will have the car towed. I didn’t say I wouldn’t park in the appropriate place I was only asking a yes or no answer question and she flew off the hinges. In her defense she did later apologize. Then when I asked about an early check out I was given the run around about speaking with the manager since it was a 3rd party reservation. We decided to leave early due to personal scheduling and when I tried to check out the young lady at the desk kept making it up as she went through the conversation when I asked to pay on a different card. She was rude and nonchalant. Through all of these incidents I never became rude, loud or argumentative. As I was leaving I explained to the young lady who really could care less that they had just lost a customer and she just shrugged as if it didn’t matter. I have never experienced this type of behavior by staff and I have stayed at several different hotel chains. Needless to say I won’t ever stay at this location again.
