Overall a lovely property perfect for four persons in a great location to Broadway (15 mins walk). Good facilities with secure parking. The only issue we had was the water pressure on the showers was a little low.

Great location

This was a great location; easy to get to many attractions. We loved having the room to spread out with our adult children for board games and just lounging. Communicating with the host was quick and efficient.

Amazing home to enjoy Nashville

We were a group of 2 best friends and our 4 daughters aged 8-16, enjoying a Nashville girls weekend. Funky Town was the.best.place we could have possibly found. It is just as cute and CLEAN and adorable as the photos show. The communication with the host was outstanding, they answered every inquiry within minutes. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do including an amazing concert at the Ryman. It was close enough to everything but also felt like we were removed from the chaos. I can’t wait to stay here again.

The space was really cute, and it fit our party of six perfectly. We loved the location, which was walkable to Broadway and convenient to other locations in downtown Nashville as well. The check-in and check-out processes were easy to navigate. Although we were staying multiple days, please note that the rental did not come stocked with enough coffee for multiple days— there were a couple of coffee pods and one pack of coffee grounds, and no creamer or sugar. There is a coffee shop about a block away that opens at 7am, so we recommend that you bring your own coffee if you stay here, or plan to go out for coffee in the morning.

Property showed excessive wear and had some pre-existing problems when we arrived. The MBR toilet seat was loose and the king sized bed had come apart at the frame. Also both faucets in the MBR sink were clogged (restricted). We also lost wi-fi for a day and a half (which we were able to fix ourselves). The decorative carpets (on vinyl flooring) are heavily soiled). I think it’s time for this unit to be thoroughly evaluated and updated!Good Night Stay were very helpful and professional and did what they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!

The perfect location

Very easy to walk to downtown Broadway area, 10-15 walk. Able to walk to music row and Nissan stadium although is a bit longer 25 minutes or so. Place was exactly as shown. Basic amenities available. Would absolutely recommend.

Great condo-good location

The condo was clean and in a good location if you plan on walking to Broadway. Management responded quickly to any questions we had. Only about a 10 minute walk. It has a pull out sofa bed on the 1st floor with a half bath which made it very nice for an extra guest that is not sharing one of the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!!

A colorful time in Nashville

The condo was perfect and suited the atmosphere and the fun we had in Nashville. Parking was great and the ease of getting to and from Broadway was amazing. Loved it and have already recommended it to friends!
