This is the ideal spot for family and friends to gather to enjoy Nashville. Whether it’s a family vacation, a business retreat, or just a friends’ getaway, this home is perfect!
AGE REQUIREMENT:
The ideal group is responsible and mature. They will respect our house, our house rules, and most importantly our neighbors. You MUST BE 21 OR OLDER to book with us.
LOCATION:
When traveling with us you’ll be:
- 7 minutes from Nissan Stadium
- 5 minutes from Music Row
- 5 minutes from Downtown
- 6 minutes from The Gulch
- 6 minutes from Ryman Auditorium
- 7 miles from Nashville International Airport
- 2 miles from Vanderbilt University Medical Center
- 4 minutes from the Country Music Hall of Fame

- Only minutes from fast food, grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations.
You'll be centrally located in the heart of Nashville!
THE LIVING ROOM:
- The main living space boasts the most gorgeous design and furnishings with plenty of seating for your group, along with a smart TV for your enjoyment.
- Extra blankets and games are also included for our guests.
THE ROOMS:
- All rooms have extra pillows/blankets/quilts
- There are extra towels in the linen closet if you need them.
For families with young CHILDREN - we have:
- A playpen, high chair, and baby monitor
If any members of the group are handicapped or have disabilities please know this is a multi-story home and the front door requires using steps, and their are stairs throughout the home.

THE DINING ROOM:
- The dining room is just off the kitchen and includes a dining table to seat 6. Feel free to enjoy a good meal with those you love!
THE PATIO:
- The rooftop patio has plenty of seating for your group, plus a fire pit to make the views even more enjoyable.
WORKSPACE:
- 2 of the bedrooms contain workspaces dedicated to our guests.
PETS:
There are NO PETS allowed. (There will be an additional $500 pet cleaning fee for bringing pets.)
SMOKING:
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY, or there will be an additional $350 cleaning fee fine.
Smoking is allowed anywhere OUTSIDE in the backyard or on the patio, just please dispose of your cigarette butts.
