I have been staying at rentals for 5 years and this was the best experience so far. Eric was so accommodating and helpful from stocking the place with coffee and more to suggesting places to go. The location was ideal for our group and the house itself is beautiful. The workmanship and love that went into renovating this place shows (I know Eric did much of it himself) Highly recommend to all.

Great Place

This place was great. It is clean, fully stocked, convenient to Broadway and other spots and has comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms! The communication by the owner, Eric, was top notch. Highly recommended.

I would give this place 20 stars if I could. The house itself is beautiful and very well decorated. Every square inch was immaculately clean upon our arrival. I felt like we could have eaten off of the floors. Of course everything you would need to cook your own meals is provided and the appliances are top notch. The outdoor space is a lot bigger than you might think and completely fenced in so you would feel comfortable letting your kids play out there if you had any. It's close enough to Broadway to be a reasonable walk but far enough away that you are out of the hustle and bustle and the traffic. The neighborhood itself is quite peaceful. I have dealt with some great hosts while renting from VRBO but Eric is in a class by himself. He communicates well, is friendly, and you genuinely feel like he wants you to have a great stay. I can't recommend him or the house itself any higher. Of you are looking for a place in Nashville and this place is available, stop looking.

Perfect for what we were looking for…

Great location, house was super clean and a perfect layout for 3 couples. Beds were comfortable as was the other furniture in the house. Eric was so nice to leave us a bottle of wine, coffee, cream and bottled water. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Great Stay!

Very communicative host, house was in great shape, and Eric gave us lots of great suggestions. The area seems up and coming, but close to everything, could easily walk in nice weather, or quick Ubers. We had plenty of room for 8 adults! The wine he left for our group happened to be my favorite :)

Wonderful place! Clean, quiet neighborhood and comfortable. Uber to everywhere you’d want to go was reasonable $. Everything we needed and more was in this house. Would definitely recommend staying here. Host a as very responsive.

Our Go-to Place to Stay in Nashville

Eric's place is beautiful, comfortable, and he provides several nice surprises at check-in for guests. One of the most well-stocked properties we've ever stayed in. Walkable to Capitol View area, Antique Archeology/Marathon Plaza, and Broadway. We've stayed here before and will stay here again!

Great Spot just North of Downtown Nashville

The place was clean and tidy. Location was great. We were able to walk to take a quick uber to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was easy to communicate with and super helpful. Would certainty recommend.

Wonderful Home

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the dining area was perfect for breakfast in the morning or hanging out at night. Eric was very helpful and accommodating. It is a 40 minute walk to Broadway or a short cab/uber ride. I'd def stay again!

Best VRBO to date!

Eric is probably the best host ever! This beautiful home was everything we needed and more! It was so amazing to walk into such a great home with all the amenities we needed. Eric’s communication went over and beyond expectations. Would I come back just because of this place… heck ya! We had a fabulous trip. Highly recommend. If we could give a 10 star, we would!

My group of 4 (female and over 60) friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The beds were comfy. It was a great base for our explorations of Nashville. Walking to the Farmer's Market and downtown Nashville was no problem. Our host was fabulous.

Family celebration

This property was a 10/10 and more. When you walk in you immediately feel right at home. There was everything there that you could need. From the extra umbrellas, to first aid kits, extra bathroom essentials that you may have forgotten, all the way to board games to keep you entertained. The host was fast to respond when it came to any questions we had. If you are looking for a great place in Nashville I 100% percent recommend. Amazing Experience

Where do I even begin? My friends and I had a great time in Nashville and stayed in the most amazing VRBO. Eric was our host and checked in multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. The place was incredible and may have been the best rental experience for us all. Highly recommended!!
