Perfect home for a large group

We loved the bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen setup is amazing and the bottle of wine was such a nice touch. Cant wait to book with you again.

Overall impression was good! Wasn’t really convenient to go in and out the house through the garage due to not getting a code for the front door. Living room furniture was not what was advertised and online, but overall my stay was really good the family enjoyed it! Property manager was very engaged when I reached out to communicate. Thank you!

We had a group of family and friends join us on our trip to Nashville to celebrate my son’s birthday. The condo we rented, H16, was perfect for our group. The location was close to all of our needs. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are already talking about coming back for another stay.

Fun Times for the 4th

We loved this place! Very clean and easy Uber rides to wherever we were headed. The rooftop was perfect for viewing the fireworks!! We will return!

Very nice and clean only minor things like ceiling fans need dusted. The art work on the wall of the entrance not secured very well one fell when the door closed

Well appointed and comfortable!

The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating for early arrival, including a welcome gift which we enjoyed immensely. The area was 100% safe, although not walkable to anything, easy to get Uber or Lyft within minutes to anywhere you wanted to go. Host was very kind to communicate quickly as there was major power outage when we arrived. Only challenge during the week was the two double beds in the master room, feel like it would fit two queen beds comfortably and would have loved an umbrella on the roof top to use during the heat of the day. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall good stay and easy process to book and get to. The condo wasn’t the cleanest (floors, dishes, kitchen). We loved the rooftop- recommendation to add lights, grill, etc!

Home away from home.

We were looking forward to this much awaited R&R with friends. Nashville is beautiful! Our accommodations even made our stay more memorable and perfect, especially getting stuck in the “ winter storm” of Nashville, which was nothing. Everything was home away from home. Thank you.

We had a great time....

We had a great time in Nashville and this property added to the great weekend. It was perfect for our group of 8....everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The rooftop was a great place to hang out on Saturday afternoon, before heading back to Broadway for the evening. We arrived in Nashville earlier than 3 and were able to check in sooner than we thought. The place is great and I would recommend staying there!
