Top notch property close to the fun

This property is just a short ride away to all of the fun that downtown and Broadway have to offer. It's easy to get to other areas around town, too. The building and unit have all of the modern amenities and is an ideal landing for any group.

Great for large groups

The condo was very nice. Plenty of room for eight guests. There were reviews about it being near a homeless shelter. We felt completely safe the entire time, it was never an issue. If we had a question we had answers within minutes. It cost 7 for a Lyft to get us downtown. It's also walkabout if you choose to do a 15-20 minute walk. The pool and gym were top notch. I'd stay here again.

Great place and room set up. But we were all complaining that we didn’t sleep at night due to the proximity of the railroad tracks and lots of homeless people around.

Ironically, a great place to stay for a guys trip

The Cowgirl Twirl is very clean, spacious, and modern. The interior and balcony are comfortable and well-furnished. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again Definitely walkable to Broadway, Printers Alley, Ryman, etc., but since the rescue mission and other facilities to help people without homes are nearby, there are a few people on the streets. It was never a concern for us walking back and forth, though some groups might feel more comfortable with a very short ride share. The latch app is kind of a neat idea for access to the building, but make sure the person who has primary access doesn’t forget to charge their phone before going out! Axe throwing, a brewery, and a distillery were also nearby, as a fun occasional change of pace from the music scene.

Nashville-Hyve Property

The unit was awesome. It is an up and coming neighborhood so not as walkable as I thought with construction, etc. The Thermostat was not working day 1 (I replaced the batteries). I wish I could forward the app to unlock the doors to my family, but that is an app issue, no reflection on the property. The building and unit were awesome. The people on the property were great and very friendly. Unit was well equipped. Would definitely rent again.

Location of building is very convenient, very, Inside condo was very nice and well appointed, But the exterior noise is more than excessive, being woke up at 6-7 am every morning by trucks, boom trucks, garbage trucks, people talking outside, the train was not the problem at all, all windows closed and still simply too noisy and unexpected at this price point. The rug in main room needs to be replaced, it is very dirty. We used the washer / dryer on the last night, there is clearly an issue with the dryer, it sounds like there is a brick inside it when turned on.

Great property, horrible location

The Hyve is brand new- the unit was immaculate and had plenty of room for our group of 5 women. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, beautiful deck, large living room and great kitchen. The space was perfect. The big issue is the location. It is located right next to a homeless shelter, and the area has homeless people laying on the streets. We did not feel safe to walk anywhere, so ended up taking LYFT everywhere- which wasn't ideal, but we made it work. Also located right next to the train station so you hear the train at early hours of the morning. If this unit was located a few blocks over, it would be a 10! Using your phone to open all doors had a slight learning curve, but we eventually figured it out. Parts of the building are still under construction, so you had that noise as well. Overall we had a wonderful vacation, but wouldn't choose to stay here again because of the items mentioned above.

Overall great vacation rental for a group!

Overall our group of 6 had a great stay and would recommend this condo! The condo was very clean and updated, well stocked and very nicely decorated. Great Nashville vibe! It was close to Broadway and The Gulch area and many things were walkable or just a short Uber away. The gym was nice and it was great that there was a pool available. Super comfortable beds too! And the outdoor space was amazing, we loved sitting out on the patio with our coffee every morning! The Latch system (used for accessing the building and our unit) was a bit difficult to figure out at first but once we got the app and our group got the hang of it, it was fine. The parking garage with free parking was a very odd layout and difficult to find parking for larger SUV's. The train runs right by the condo and is quite loud so that did wake us up in the night a few times. The dryer also was out of commission which was not a huge deal but we did a load of laundry not realizing it wasn't working. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again!

Great Girls Trip Spot

This 4br property is the perfect girls weekend spot. It was cute, clean, safe and the modern amenities were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The property management communication was timely and efficient. My only concern is that the surrounding area isn't the safest at night.
