The ownership is obviously improving the place. There are a lively mix of people because the ownership is really GOOD people. They helped a family in a serious hardship while I was there. I always will support this one while in Nashville- people need owners like them.

The room was very recently renovated, which made it nice. Was not expecting a full kitchen, but was there if it would've been needed. Only negative thing ,whicha can be remedied easily, no trash cans . There was a small one In restroom, but no others.

The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that they don’t have an elevator. My room was on the third floor. Other than that, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant.

Even with the renovations it was quiet and clean. My room was neat and easy to access. The parking was close to lobby entrance and I felt safe in this area. The shower was spacious and the water temp got hot pretty fast. Great space, I will stay here again!

Really clean people were nice and the guest were to. Something thats alway a must for me is coffee and wifi. I asked for extra coffee when checking in and was told I can give you a coffee pot but you need to supply your own filters and coffee. Who wants to wake up at 6 am and have to wait 3 hours and go down stairs for your coffee. I couldn't get wifi at all and the cable tv well that wasn't but maybe 4-5 Chanels. Price was great and for my 2 night stay if passing through again just to lay my head I'd definitely stay again.

This is a basic room. Basic as in hangers but no rod to hang them on. Iron but no ironing board. Towels but no towel bar to hang them on. A single light switch to light the entire room. The lights are bright (stadium lighting bright). The downside is that when you turn out the light the room is so dark you will need to memorize how far to the bed so you can get there (Helen Keller style). There are no other amenities or comfort items in the room. The room was clean. And the bed , though older was comfortable. I asked management for a flashlight to find my way to the bed.

Decent clean rooms. Great for short family trips

I was not so thrilled about not having elevators because it makes it difficult to carry heavy luggage to your room. The room was however very neat and clean. It was a little noisy because there were children on the side and below us but I know that may be beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a decent place to spend the night. There was a kitchenette that we didn't use.

It was a little outdated, but overall safe place to stay for a me and my young son. My only complaint would be the different smell in the hallway, (strong spiced food, cigarettes, strong air fresheners etc) but the smell didn't carry into the room, so it was OK. Front desk gentlemen was very nice and made check in super simple.

Seemed like a place people live more long-term than a short term stay hotel. It was decent, but not nice. There was noise and overwhelming smell of people cooking full meals. Furniture was worn and not really clean, but was decent. I would stay here again if I needed to and the price was really good.

Check room 209’s mattress for bed bugs. Sheets were tearing in spots. Itchy skin and tiny pin prick looking bites on hands and neck and legs. The hot water tanks surely work though.

Good for the money

I was terrifed after reading the reviews but was relatively surprised. Had a suite room, one bed with kitchen area. Room was clean, & nothing broken, no terrible smells ect. Area seemed a little sketchy but didnt see anybody else hanging around anywhere. It seems like theyre at least trying to clean it up. The man at the front desk was really kind. Only complaint was the bed and was hard but ive stayed at places way worse in NYC. Good value for the cost.

Ok

The people there weren't as nice as they could be. I think it's a bit overpriced for the value of the hotel. Very disappointed about the pool situation. The rooms were nice and did seem like they were clean. I love the fact that they allow pets. However, my dogs do now have a couple of fleas in which they didn't before. But I guess that's just what happens sometimes when you deal with dogs in a hotel. The staff was nice. There are a few breakfast items such as muffins and coffee, but you got to make it early.
