Off the bright, well-equipped kitchen, there's a small deck with a grill and bistro table, that's just made for sipping morning coffee. Hardwood & tile floors throughout the space, and a formal dining room open to the living room set a vibe befitting this historic neighborhood. Oh, and there's plenty of parking with two driveways off this quiet street. It's truly a hidden oasis in the middle of all the action! Shelby Park is a large city park next to our home. It features a public golf course, driving range, tennis courts, playgrounds, duck pond, ball fields, and walking paths. It is also part of our city's greenway system with miles to walk, jog, or bike alongside the Cumberland River.

Q: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

A: Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Your secure lock code will be sent to you around 10:00 am on the day of arrival. This will allow you to check yourself in to the property (contactless entry). Please ensure you have the code before you travel. If not, please contact us. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in! Note: codes are not activated until your check-in time, and deactivate shortly after check-out.

Q: CAN WE CHECK-IN EARLY OR CHECK-OUT LATE?

A: We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please contact us 1-2 days before your arrival and we'll do our best, without any promises! Arrivals and departures more than 2 hours outside the posted check-in/out times may be added to a reservation for a fee of $50. This must requested in advance and approved 24 hours before the arrival/departure. If you plan to arrive or depart more than 4 hours outside of the posted check-in/out times, we suggest including the pre/post night in your reservation, or contacting us to see if we can block the date from other travelers at a discounted rate.
Please note: Last minute bookings, scheduling or maintenance issues may arise. Therefore we cannot guarantee the rental will be available for early check-in/late check-out. Should an issue arise that prevents a requested time adjustment, any fee charged will be refunded.
For security, we do not allow luggage drop off/storage, however we can connect you with several local companies that secure provide luggage services, along with exclusive discounts.

Q: WHAT IF I MAY NEED TO CANCEL?

A: Reservations made on affiliate sites (Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, etc.) adhere to the cancelation policy on the listing. Our policies are firm. Cancellations for direct reservations made on our website must be received 14 days or more prior to scheduled arrival to receive a refund. There will be no refund for shortening your stay. PLEASE NOTE: CARD PROCESSING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - A 3.25% PROCESSING FEE IS APPLIED FOR BOOKINGS & ANY REFUNDS.
