Step into the warm embrace of the living room at Southern Comfort, a haven for relaxation adorned with a large sectional and a flat-screen TV. Whether you're tuning into your favorite shows or simply soaking up the cozy ambiance, this living space sets the stage for memorable moments in your home away from home.
Kitchen:

The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, while the third offers a full-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangement. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway near the 2nd bedroom.

Parking is provided by a first come, first served covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or If you have extra vehicles, there is ample first-come, first-serve street parking available.

*Please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building; however, an elevator is available onsite.
**This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.
***Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
