Staff were super friendly. Only negative was there were only 2 washers & 2 dryers so it was hard to get to them to wash clothes with the amount of people staying.

It was perfect for our stay. The staff was amazing, friendly, & helpful. The weekend we were there we had some bad weather & the staff was great with sharing the emergency procedures/locations for tornado warnings. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and having the kitchenette was perfect for our needs! Overall, it was a great stay and will be back on our next trip to Nashville!

Booked for one night and ended up staying 2. Very nice location easy to get to. Staff was very nice. The elevator didn't work most of time we were there (3 Rd floor room). Breakfast is a little work for selection. Notice that stay at 2 of you properties so far this trip and several people staying there said the same thing.

Shower was gross with mold in the corners. The shelving it’s that were above the sink were gross looked like they haven’t been clean in a while. Found some Tom and Jerry loony toons pajamas in one of the drawers from someone that stayed before. The stove look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Staff was friendly though.

The hotel has been renovated, but it’s not on par with similarly priced hotels in the area. The breakfast was mediocre. The desk staff were very friendly and we were happy this hotel was pet friendly. At the price point of 181$ for 2 queen beds, we expected it to be much nicer overall.

There was a problem with the plumbing during our stay, but the staff moved us to a different room and were more then willing to accomodate our needs. This only thing was there is no hot tub. Other than that is was a very nice and comfortable stay.

A good stay with a pool, missing some kitchen tool

Facilities were in good shape. Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was stocked and tidy. Our kitchenette was missing the cooking pot we needed to make dinner, and it took asking 3 different people to finally get someone to retrieve a pot for us. Ultimately dinner was saved thanks to a very resourceful employee.

The bathroom sink and tub had hair all over them. The cleaning staff addressed the issue promptly. The rest of the room appeared to be adequately cleaned. The pool was broken during our stay as well. The front desk lady was sweet and very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Very dissatisfied

We needed a room for six. They gave us a room with two queen beds and sofa sleeper, which was fine. When we went to make the sofa bed there were no linens. We called and asked for them. They told us to come get them. The only thing they provided was a flimsy blanket, no sheets, no pillows. Who wants to sleep on a mattress with no linens or pillows? If you are going to advertise a sofa sleeper the least you can do is provide linens for it. Will never stay here again!
