Pretty Good!

The check-in process was pretty easy and seamless. We were able to fit two cars into the garage too, which was really great! The owner was very responsive prior to our check in and checked in to see how are first night went. The cleanliness was a three star though. There were handprints on some of the walls, the floors were still somewhat dirty, there were towels left in the dryer, some of the bedding had stains from previous guests. Overall, the property was mostly clean but not five star worthy. We enjoyed our stay at the property and it was a great distance from downtown Nashville.

Falsely advertised

Do not waste your money on this dump. We walked in to sticky floors, dirty towels on the floor, hair in the bedsheets and leftover party decorations from the previous visitors. We contacted the property manager who told us we would get a refund for our first night’s stay and someone came that evening to clean. She was full of excuses. Property manager did not hold up to his word about the refund and eventually ghosted me. The outside patio was completely unusable. The furniture was broken and tables were filled with dirty buckets of cigars. No proper cleaning was done anywhere and the place was a complete mess. We didn’t even feel comfortable using the dishes! Awful experience. Do not recommend.
