The city does not allow home owners to advertise more than four bedrooms even rooms have private doors. This 9 sleeping area + 8 Bath complex has a Traditional Four Square/Craftsman exterior with an ultra contemporary yet comfortable interior. The exceptional details in these homes will add luxury to your Nashville experience. The properties feature beautiful hardwood floors, professional grade stoves/ovens, 9 foot ceilings, flat screen TVs with cable, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms, granite counter-tops, a lovely deck setting in the middle of the houses, and free WiFi, all in coolest part of Nashville.

The 12th South area is known for it's restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and bars, as well as it's beautiful park with joggers and young families, and great art and music culture.

Leave your car parked and check out The Smiling Elephant, Bella Napoli Pizzeria, Chago's Cantina, and Edgehill Café. Our home is also a walk away from Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities, Hillsboro Village, Music Row, and a 5 minute drive to the downtown area.

90th Birthday in Nashville

The house is well designed for groups-plenty of space for everyone’s privacy. Large kitchen for organizing buffet meals. Terrific family room with lots of seating for watching the birthday video! Main level bedroom was perfect to limit stairs for the 90-year-young. Parking was not an issue. Because of an incoming snowstorm, we worked with Frank to come a day early. That was a special day - walked in the snow to Publix and played games. Thank you Frank for a great home base for our OPRY weekend!

Plenty of space for 17 of us for a Thanksgiving family reunion. Beds weren't super comfortable, but okay. Never ran out of hot water. 2 fridges and 2 w/d. Quiet neighborhood but some road noise from busy street close by. Would rent again.

Amazing Stay!

The home was fantastic and met all of our needs. Loved having a bathroom in each room, huge kudos to whoever made this happen! Easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown, $20 split among 6 people. Grocery and local restaurants are also minutes away.

Enough space for our big family in a central location

All 8 bedrooms had their own bath room which was perfect for our group of 21 including 9 kids from 5-16 years old. The only negative was the house was a little dirty. With such a large group it was perfect for us.

Absolutely perfect home

This house worked perfectly for us. We had 4 generations staying there. The matriarch stayed on first floor without stairs. The second generation stayed upstairs. The younger generations stayed on bottom floor. There was enough room for all of us to have meals together.

Family Wedding Weekend

We rented this home as we were attending the wedding of our middle son. As the wedding was in Nashville and all the family traveled in from long distance, this is the perfect home for us. Each of the eight rooms has its own en-suite bathroom. It has a great open kitchen and large dining room. As we have a group of 14 and 2 young children, getting dinner reservations out is tough so having a good cooking kitchen is important. The best thing is the large living room. Rather than staying in a hotel and meet in the lobby all the time, we could gather all together any time we wanted. The house is in a great neighborhood and only minutes from the interstate. Frank, the owner is extremely responsive and welcoming. This is the perfect home for a large family traveling together. Thanks for a wonderful weekend Frank.

Off to a Messy Start

First of all, the pictures don’t give the house it’s due. We picked it from the reviews. When we checked in, we discovered it had not been cleaned on the bottom floor. The owner came right away to fix this but spent a few hours to do so. He was very nice but it was still distracting. There was more than enough room for our group of 13 adults on the inside. We were a quick drive away from Broadway. There was enough parking available. I wouldn’t put a lot of trust into the locks of the house. The living room’s TV had a mind of its own! Overall it met our needs.

Big house for friends! Five nights in Nashville!

Got this house for a birthday reunion for 10 women friends, all turning 80, believe it or not! It was perfect for most to have own bedrooms and baths, dining room accommodated all for conversation, kitchen large enough for meal prep, and living room comfy for lounging. Not being savvy with door lock, we had to contact the property manager several times. He was most patient, helpful, and accommodating. We especially liked that he answered the phone or called right back if he didn't pick up right away. We needed some more bath supplies and a coffee maker because ours broke and he got these items to us in good time. We didn't rent cars but took Uber/Lyft rides every day which worked out well. The only reason I gave location 4 stars is that there are not a lot of coffee shops or restaurants within walking distance. The home is in a residential neighborhood. You can walk to Belmont University which we did, but there's not much commerce near there. Grand Ol'Oprey was awesome. Hop on hop off bus was also a big hit with us. Loved Monees Restaurant. National Museum of African American Music was excellent as was Country Music Museum. We agreed both deserved an hour more than we estimated to go through them. Avoid Broadway on Saturday night (my advice) but Sunday afternoon was great, with surprisingly good food at Luke Bryan's and Kid Rock's restaurants, both with live music as well, of course. We wished we had more time to explore The Gulch area. Nashville rocks!

Better than expected

We took a family trip to Nashville which consisted of 13 adults and 3 kids. The goal was to find a place that could accommodate our large party without splitting the group up into two separate units. That task became very difficult until we found this unit. This unit was perfect for our needs. There were 8 bedrooms and each had it’s own private bathroom. 4 bedrooms on the basement level, 1 on the main level with an additional murphy bed in the dining area, and three on the top level. With there being 3 different levels and the main level having an open concept along with a large deck, there was more than enough space and seating for everyone to be comfortable. We used the BBQ grill on the deck to grill out on the 4th of July. The unit is a lot more updated than than the pictures lead you to believe. It is stocked with everything you would need except food. The location is in a great safe area. In the morning there were many people jogging, walking their dogs, and riding their bikes. There are a few local restaurants that are only a 10 min walk away. The downtown area is only a 5 to 7 minute drive away. The owner is available and quickly responds to any questions that you have. If you have a large group in which everyone wants their own room and bathroom, this unit is a no brainer.

The house was not clean, food and dirt under couches and beds, coffee grounds left in coffee pot from last pennants. Toilet seat in bathroom on main floor broken, hair dryer blew up and burned one girls hair, old sponge in kitchen, no pillow cases on bed on main floor, front door wouldn't lock and need a decent wine opener. We had a good time but for the money we spent we expected a cleaner home. We would probably try this place again, loved the location and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great stay!

We visited Nashville for our annual friends trip. There were 11 of us. The property is great as it provides a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. The house is large and spacious and we never felt crowded or in each others way. We hope to visit again and would definitely choose this property, it’s three levels all together with the bottom level consisting of four bedrooms, the main level has one bedroom and an office with a Murphy bed while the top level has three more bedrooms.
