12 South Gem in Nashville

This property was incredible! We were in Nashville for a PG Baseball tournament and it exceeded everyone’s expectations. Above’s service was outstanding from top to bottom and they were on top of every aspect during our stay. Our house manager, Eli came by every day checking if we needed anything and was able to assist with any questions or items we needed. There was so much space in the house and the pool was phenomenal in between games in July. We were within walking distance to outstanding amenities and restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to downtown. If you’re considering Nashville, I would look no further than this or other properties Above has in their portfolio. We will be booking this house again on our next trip to Nashville. This house was well worth every penny and Above’s services were an added bonus no one was expecting……JVM
