We had a great stay! Everything was very clean and welcoming! It was a GREAT location for everything in Nashville. We did not want to stay close to Broadway, but close to all the good shopping. This was the perfect spot!! Blocks from Belmont University and 12th Street South shopping!

Wonderful stay!

We were dropping my son off at Belmont and chose this property due to the proximity to the university and that it was pet friendly. It exceeded al expectations! It was very comfortable, within walking distance to the school and plenty of restaurants! I will definitely be returning when we need to be back in Nashville.

The property was amazing and in a perfect location for the activities we had planned. Communication with the host was always prompt and clear. The kitchen/family room was spacious for us all to gather, but then we appreciated being spread out across 3 different floors of living space. The only down side was the towels in several bathrooms had a mildew smell; they were still damp when folded and put away.

Fabulous Nashville Weekend Visit

Fabulous property for those looking for a place to stay in Nashville. Ideal location to access some of Nashville's charming neighborhoods and still less than 2 miles from downtown. Home was extremely clean and well cared for. Layout provides an opportunity for a group to spread out over four floors of living space and still gather on a spacious main floor. Host was extremely responsive on the limited questions we had. We'll be back for sure!

I was disappointed by the lack of hand towels on the hooks in the bathrooms . We had to search for towels to dry off our hands. The towels under the sink in the bathrooms were damp and smelled terrible. It was difficult to want to dry off with a towel after showering because the smell was so bad. The laundry room smelled very musty. There was old bar of soap in one shower which makes one wonder how well the shower was cleaned, I like overall the place needed a thorough cleaning especially the showers and bathroom floors. The location was great!

Not only is this a 5-Star home, but you also get a 5-Star host. I had all the details I needed to get in without any problems and found the place to be better than the description and photos suggested. Everything was great for our first trip to Nashville! The location was perfect since we were not too close to the busyness but a short Uber drive to Broadway. We loved the layout and decor of the place and the fact that we each had a bedroom on our own floor.
