The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and the corner balcony is great to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning. It is in a great location to visit restaurants or shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Safe quiet location. Convenient uber ride to everywhere. Mainly looks like online pics. Bathrooms nicely stocked. Great communication. On-site parking included is a plus!

Medical "Vacation"

I needed a place to stay after a medical procedure at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and this place was ideal! It was close to the hospital, but also seemed a world away, being tucked back in the neighborhood. So many restaurants and shops are within a walkable distance. The place itself was clean and bright. We will be back!

Excellent Location

The location was excellent! We were able to walk to the Vanderbilt football game as well as a variety of different restaurants and boutiques. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is some of the chairs were not very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay though and would book this unit again.

Village Row

Clean condo with comfortable beds in great location with short Uber rides to attractions. Suggestion to upgrade your wicker chairs to something more comfortable for adults, otherwise would have rated this 5 stars. Liked the short walks to get meals in the neighborhood.

Ad was not accurate

The overall stay was good. The issues were the following. The ad says the property was a condo when in fact the building had a sign saying it was apartments. This building was frequented by “weekend” inhabitants that made a lot of noise from 2-3 am in the morning. While I understand that can happen, I’d warn adults with kids to be aware of the late night noise before booking here. The supplies (toilet paper, paper towels), were few and we almost had to buy our own. Overall the place was clean and the manager was easy to deal with.

Overall, nice unit; however it is in need of a deep clean. AC unit also broke during our visit, but it was fixed within a day and a half.

Perfect location

We came in town for a performance at Bridgestone Arena. Our location was so perfect! Much of the restaurants, bars and coffee houses were walkable or other places were only two minutes by Uber/Lyft or cab. Perfect amount of room in the condo. Clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again the next time we come into town!

Great place. Central location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The rental was clean, close to everything and our host contact was great. Advised us of some suggested clubs and restaurants. I’d rent this place again without hesitation.

Nice place, good location

Property was nice, clean, and conveniently located. Communication was good and experience was seamless. Short walk to food and shopping in Belmont/Vanderbilt and short drive to main Nashville attractions. Great affordable accomodations!

A cozy and comfortable condo

My husband and I cannot stop talking about how comfortable this condo was. The beds are a 10/10 and not to forget how cute it was decorated and well stocked. It’s minutes from Broadway and close to the freeway. Communication was fast, friendly, and they accommodated us better than any VRBO we’ve stayed at, and we’ve stayed in many. Thank you again!

Could not have been a more perfect location. The spreadsheet provided of all the nearby places was wonderful. The location was quiet and walking distance to so many things. Only draw back was no elevator to bring luggage to 2nd floor. The unit had everything we needed.

Spent one night and was able to walk to an event at Fisher center in Belmont university. Communication with the owner was excellent. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean.

Great Stay

The apartment was very nice and in a great location. Quick Uber to downtown, and within a short walk to a few good breakfast options and beverage store. Only a 10-15 minute walk to many other dining options (Barcelona was excellent). Plenty of parking if you have a car. Only negatives are that it would have been nice if there were some coffee filters and ice maker or even a couple of ice trays. Overall a great apartment and perfect for two couples or family of 4.
