I thought it was a very good place. Rooftop is a lot of fun just like being outside. The house had all the accommodations you need. A lot of room very clean. A seven to 10 Uber ride to downtown, which was great. And there was also a place we checked out around the unit like a brewery of pizza place etc. very nice.

Parking was easy and secure! The place was cute and cozy. The rooftop was an added plus. He responds very quickly and is very polite. Great and comfortable stay for the 10 of us.

The house definitely had some flaws, but you’re coming to Nashville to go out and not stay in the house the entire time. Alex was very easy to get ahold of.

This is a DEAL of epic proportions when you consider what you are getting. This house could sleep an army (almost LOL)! It is very well kept and the host (Alex) is SUPER RESPONSIVE!! We had zero issues (except a little street racing out front, white noise machine helped just fine). It’s such a cute house, with plenty of room, and the location is TOP NOTCH!! We were within 10-15 minutes from everywhere!! If we ever make it back to Nashville, the Nash Nest will be top on my list!!

Bed in bunk room had a poor mattress. Tons of garbage littered outside but it was from the adjacent property. A little farther from Broadway than advertised. We were not able to use the rooftop deck due to rain but it was nice! Overall great property with ample space for everyone. We love Nashville! Host was great with allowing us early check in!

I would give Alex and this property 5 stars if not for our 1st night snafu. We arrived in the evening to find the house not cleaned from the previous guests. Super disappointing but thankfully Alex was super responsive and worked out the issue by us staying in the house next door for the first night. It was a pain to have to move 8 people stuff early the next morning but glad to have a solution. The house is fantastic and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is garage parking for 2 cars which was nice. The rooftop patio is also great. It’s a short Uber ride downtown, but we also enjoyed close by East Nashville. Definitely recommend this house and would stay again!

Our family of eight had a great time at the Nash Nest! Loved the location and the short trip to downtown. You can even see the city skyline from the rooftop deck! The host Alex was great with communication.
