Great Stay!!!

Everything was just like the online listing. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but is manageable with multiple vehicles. Very clean and everything worked. Will book this location again and again.

We were very disappointed by how this trip turned out. A lot of the issues were caused by the owners and property management falsely trying to charge erroneous fees for pet hair on the property. Imagine showing pictures of a vacuum with pet hair in it to support charging fees, after cleaning a property that allows dogs. But, that was not the only issue. The location of the unit is not a very nice or desirable area. There is also very minimal parking, with cars parking everywhere , leaving it nearly impossible to exit the property. There are also various trash cans that are left outside and it is evident that they are rarely collected as the smell and leaking of fluids throughout the driveways. They say that the property has quiet hours, but that is untrue. The walls are very thin, and there were loud parties going into the morning. The front lock had a battery that was dead, which made the front door inaccessible for some of the trip. Overall, a very underwhelming property.

Perfect! This was a family gathering for our daughter's wedding. The property had plenty of space and was equipped with all the essentials and beyond what we needed for the long weekend. Bedrooms with ensuites and full privacy. Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, blender, coffee maker and oversized appliances for any entertainment need you might have. Generous living spaces with plenty of room to be included with the group or just grab a spot with a few people. TVs in every bedroom and oversized screens in the shared spaces. The two-car garage accommodates even the larger-sized SUVs. The best for last: the rooftop size, seating options, closely-located half-bath and most importantly - the city view - were perfect when we hosted both families and easily accommodated 17 people with plenty of room to spare. Located about 10 minutes from freeway access and a quick, affordable Uber ride to downtown. Not in a walkable area but grocery and some dining options nearby. Communication with the host was effortless and responsive. We've stayed in many Nashville properties and this one was our favorite. One thing to consider: there are many stairs which may make all levels difficult to access for some. But it was perfect for us and we look forward to coming back again soon!
