Clean big suites, resort style pool and ac. Only downside was our room didn’t have any body wash and when requested we were told housekeeping would drop some off and they never did. The shampoo/conditioner is watered down as well.

I came for an overnight stay. The front desk staff was friendly and excellent. Only peculiar thing was I had someone gone to my door after check in time wanting to do a final walk through chiceking cleanliness. I refused them entry.

Great rooms - overnight staff wasn’t helpful at all though when a bunch of guests were trying to get the elevator to come using the passcode. He basically ignored us, put his airpods back in and kept snoozing; awful !

Staffing was limited at the 'front desk". Communication was poor when checking in as we were not told of the code to ride the elevators. We were left 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and after asking twice to have a staff member bring it to the room we ended up needing to go to the desk to get it ourselves. area outside living room/sliding glass doors was an alley way with overflowing dumpsters. Your site showed the pool area with a bar area that was completely closed. Morning coffee as advertised was a 50 50 chance of having it (and again no staff at the so called front desk) to ask for coffee or anything else for that matter. More like an apartment building with no staff. Would NOT recommend.

Terrible check in, inconsistent and missing signage, Dirty room, faucets did not work properly, refrigerator and cabinets did not close properly, charging ports were non-functional, garbage everywhere outside and the scent of garbage in the building near elevators. Lights/fans/thermostat were not intuitive

The fourth floor smelled like dog piss and dog poo. The room didn’t smell. But the a/c was broken and couldn’t be fixed. Front desk was as helpful as they could be.

The room was nice, but the parking garage was broken into while we were there (it had happened the night before); broken windows, etc everywhere and most the coded property doors were propped open.

Our room and view was lovely. Clean and comfortable and location was walkable to most anything. The only negative I have is the property is insane to navigate the first time. Wandered all over halls looking for a lobby. Most everything is by kiosk so forget asking for assistance.
