We were impressed with the roominess. O ly 2 small issues. Our door code would not work. But the owners replied right away and sent a new one to use. The grandkids were looking forward to the karaoke that was advertised. But there really wasn’t anything. And even if we could our own via streaming, none of the microphones worked. Loved the rooftop patio!

Great rooftop!

Nice hardwoods, great rooftop with 2 separate spaces! Separate bedrooms with lots of beds! Lots of stairs though, be prepared for stairs to get to bedrooms and cool rooftop.

Beautiful, spacious place!

Absolutely beautiful space!! Very clean, gorgeous view from the rooftop, and a ton of space. There were several beds to accommodate everyone plus several additional rollaway beds. There is a FULL bathroom with every room, which was very important with 12 people! The owner was very easy to communicate with, and we were less than a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. We had mostly adults, but also two young children that really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place for your trip to Nashville.

Would give a 10 if possible.

Place was perfect for the two families. Host checked on us by email several times to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great place to have a small family reunion. Will try to rent again next year if we do this again in 2022!,
