Fun town. Terrible management company.

The property appears to be under renovations. Our unit was clean and quiet. In the bathroom, there was no lid on the toilet seat and the vanity was very small, so anything that got knocked off was at risk of falling in the toilet. One big issue was parking. There was one handicap spot and every day, someone would park there without a handicap sign or license plate. Since my wife is disabled, I contacted AvantStay twice and they said they could not help. This is an ADA violation. We will definitely not book a stay at one of their properties again.
