Fine for the price and location

This place works for the price and the location is great with lots of good restaurants, coffee shops, record store, vintage shopping and yoga studio within 1-2 minute walk. The place itself could use some love, fresh paint, the couch is stained, the chair should probably be thrown out and the decor is pretty bare minimal. But the bed was comfy, there is an alarm system which I appreciated and a tv in the bedroom.

Cute stay, short uber from downtown, lots of places nearby

This was a really nice, clean stay. We really tested the capacity with 6 people. It was a squeeze but was fine for what we needed. There were a bunch of bars and restaurants with in walking distance. It was a great stay.

The Edison

The only reason I didn't give an overall rating of excellent is that the only light available in the living/dining area was the harsh overhead lighting. This could be easily remedied by placing a lamp by the sofa or chair in the living room. I would stay here again.

Unit was easy enough to find in town but somewhat confusing to access. Once in, place was not very welcoming—stark walls & furnishings. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and unit needed more cleaning. No decaf tea or coffee available. Shower & bath & towels were good. Kitchen silverware was dirty!

Great location!

The property is in a great location and is a really nice building. There were a couple of downfalls. It is in need of a fresh coat of paint. It’s quite dingy. The worst thing was the fact that the bed linens had not been washed. Quite disturbing. There were stains and hair on the sheets. Other than those things, great place.

Nice!

We traveled to get here and they agreed to allow us to check in early which they did not have to do. The only reason I gave the check in process 4 stars only because the instructions were printed backwards, but we figured it out. The place was clean, the neighborhood was quiet & the property was as listed.

Only stayed one night

We basically only needed a place to sleep. We used an Uber to drive us to downtown Nashville, which cost us $35 and an Uber on the way back cost us $45. It's a cute place. It is on the 3rd floor so it was a lot of stairs up. (we didn't have the code to get into the actual building door to use the elevator). We were able to use the elevator on the way down. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay

This was a great condo for my husband & me to getaway without the kids & see Nashville. Nice area plenty of local places to walk to but a short Uber ride to Broadway!

Couples 1year anniversary get away😊

Jim Gaffigan was postponed. We went to Zannie's instead and saw Pauline Shore😊We had a great time! We had a seafood boil for dinner. The utilities in the condo were good. The area was convenient for Lyft/Uber riders.

Clean n modern. Good use of space. Only 2 issues we had were only having 1 washcloth n door not locking as we left. Someone that lived down the way even tried to help. She said it appeared battery was low. I emailed contact n told of this problem but did not get a response.
