✔︎ A $500 hold will be placed on your account as a security deposit. If no damages occur, the hold will be released, and the funds will be refunded 7 days after checkout.

Capitol Towers is an old, outdated building with few amenities. It is not a pretty building and many would call it an eyesore. These are the negatives.
The positives are that it is quiet, safe, and convenient to all of Nashville. Tenants are either full-time residents or professionals. Secure building. There is a 90-day rental minimum, so this attracts a professional clientele.

✔︎ Building quiet hours are 8 PM - 8 AM
✔︎ Trash chute used only between 7 AM - 10 PM, per the HOA. All items must be securely wrapped and sealed in bag before placing in the chute. For large boxes, you will have to use the dumpster located in B1 Garage. Boxes must be broken down, per the HOA. Key fob is required to reenter the building from B1.
