Casa Adorada is a brand new house located in the center of Guiones, but on one of the quieter streets. You can walk barefoot to the famous beach break. Walkable to everything guiones has to offer including grocery stores, restaurants, yoga (at bodhi tree and others). We have a private, off street, locked parking spot, a pool, and nice outdoor space. This is a brand new house, finished in January of 2024.
The space
Casa Adorada is a 4 bedroom house. 2 masters (one upstairs, one down) both with king beds. The other two bedrooms each have two XL twin beds that can be made into kings if that is what your group would prefer. There is a private pool, off street locked parking, an outdoor shower, and meticulous landscaping to create your own private outdoor oasis. All bedrooms have electronically operated blackout roller blinds and sheer curtains. AC units in each bedroom and two in the main room. Fiber optic is strong, 100 mbps, with a wifi mesh network to blanket the house and exterior living area with strong wifi. The master bedrooms each have private patios/balconies and the other two bedrooms each have access to patio space that adjoins with the pool area. There are two large dining tables that both seat up to 10, one inside and one outside. My wife and I both love to cook so the house is set up very well for that- very well appointed kitchen and we even try to keep spices around. This is our only rental property and we really try hard to get all of the details right.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, minus a few closets we keep cleaning supplies in. There is a new front loading washer and dryer on site that you will have access to. Access to the house is with an electronic gate plus a backup lock box in order to not have to keep track of keys.
