    The space
    Stay in one of Nashville's most convenient locations, just minutes from Broadway, Geodis Park, 12 South, Wedgewood-Houston, Berry Hill, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and features a private rooftop deck with a fire pit, outdoor TV, comfortable seating, and skyline views.

    Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs throughout the home, EV charging, in-unit washer and dryer, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, concerts, soccer matches, and some of Nashville's most popular neighborhoods.

    Whether you're in town for a concert, sporting event, family getaway, business trip, or weekend exploring Music City, this home offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, and convenience.

    Please note that this is a multi-level townhome with four floors connected by stairs, including access to the rooftop deck. Guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.

    Guests can access the entire unit including the amazing rooftop. There is a two car garage with an EV Charger and two more free parking spaces in front of the garage.

    Other things to note
    Please note there four levels to this house and all of them have stairs. Please note before booking if you have guests with mobility issues.

    The fire pit on the rooftop has a propane tank. It is the responsibility of the guest to fill the propane tank if they would like to use it. There may be propane left from a previous guest.

Great condo and the location was just what we needed for our stay. The check in process was easy and the host was very thorough - checking in on us throughout our stay. We will book this property again in the future when we return to Nashville.

This was a well appointed, large home that was exactly as advertised! I booked this house for a girls trip to shop for my daughter’s wedding dress. We needed a large home with rooms with attached bathrooms. Each room was a suite. The beds were so comfortable and they were many extra blankets and pillows. Honestly, this stay exceed all expectations. The view from the roof top was incredible! I only hate that we came when it was so cold because we weren’t able to enjoy the rooftop fire!! Guess we will just have to stay again. Also, we utilized the garage to park. My Suburban fit just fine. Very highly recommend!

I will start with the positives. The host was very responsive, the decor was very trendy and fun, and the area felt safe especially with garage parking. However, I chose this property over numerous others for the rooftop deck. This space was far from what was advertised. No couches, no TV (indicated due to a storm a month prior), no propane to use the firepit, only 2 bulbs on the string lights worked with no additional working lights, it was filthy with lots of wasps. I planned to utilize this space often and essentially did not use it at all. When I contacted the owner a 2nd time with concerns about the space, he informed me that we could leave! The AC unit on the roof was extremely loud, waking me often. When in use the washer was also super loud. The master bath shower has a normal window curtain (1), spanning about half of the shower. Worse was the fact that the window, which was about 10 yards from another rental's window, had a sheer curtain. At night you could see directly in, space to space. Absolutely a privacy issue. The showerheads have 8 holes total - trying to rinse conditioner from long hair was quite the task. The shower curtain liner in the downstairs bedroom was ripped off across the bottom, making it not reach the tub, causing a water mess. This appeared to be done to remove a dirty bottom rather than replace the 10 item. It was 86 degrees when we arrived in TN and the heat was on in the unit. I would not agree that this rental is "walkable" to much.
