「This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.」

「We enjoyed our stay here and will put it on our list to stay again in the future. We had everything we needed. Communication was great the entire time. The water in the sinks for some reason was hotter than the shower water even when turned to full hot, so we stayed a little chilly in the shower the first night there. I asked Ginger the following morning if the water heater could be turned up and they took care of it right away. We had warm showers when we returned that night which was sooo...
