「Quiet, pretty neighborhood a short walk to the T. Street parking was easy — just make sure you read and understand the signs. Parking overnight during the week requires parking a few blocks away on a street that allows non-residents to park overnight. The T was handy and so was the Dunkin' next to the T station. 「Our family trip started in Maine and ended in Boston. This place fit our family of 6 needs perfectly. Quiet neighborhood close to public transportation made it easy to access the city and Fenway Park. We had a small hiccup with the front door entry code, but the host was very responsive and super helpful. We would definitely stay again!」

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
